  • Have a BMI between 19 and 27
  • Weigh at least 110 pounds (men) or 99 pounds (women)
  • Be in good general health, with no major medical conditions or abnormal lab results
  • If you or your partner could become pregnant, agree to use reliable birth control during the study and for 3 months after
  • Not be taking any regular medications (except occasional vitamins)
