  • You are either between 18 and 24 years old or 60 years or older
  • You are not taking heart medications like beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers
  • You do not smoke or use tobacco
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or less
  • You do not exercise more than 150 minutes per week on a regular basis
