Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You broke one wrist and it was treated with a cast or splint (not surgery).
- Your cast or splint was removed within the last 3 days, and your doctor confirmed the bone is healing well on X-ray.
- You have not had major surgery or severe injury to the same arm before.
- You do not have inner ear problems, severe osteoporosis, an active infection at the wrist, or are pregnant.
- You can attend all therapy sessions.
