Who can take part

  • You are a male athlete between 18 and 35 years old
  • You had ACL reconstructive surgery within the last 3 to 6 months
  • You have not had other knee surgeries (like meniscus or cartilage repair)
  • You don't have other leg injuries that affect your rehab
  • You don't have a chronic illness that affects your muscles or bones
  • You are not struggling with alcohol or drug abuse
  • You are not in any other weight or balance training program
