Who can take part

  • Age between 20 and 40 years old
  • Had ACL reconstruction surgery between 1 and 3 years ago
  • Have a mild extension lag (knee doesn't straighten completely) between 5 and 10 degrees
  • No other serious knee injuries, surgeries, or conditions like meniscus tears or fractures
  • BMI (body mass index) below 30
  • No serious health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, or neurological disorders
