Who can take part
- Age between 20 and 40 years old
- Had ACL reconstruction surgery between 1 and 3 years ago
- Have a mild extension lag (knee doesn't straighten completely) between 5 and 10 degrees
- No other serious knee injuries, surgeries, or conditions like meniscus tears or fractures
- BMI (body mass index) below 30
- No serious health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, or neurological disorders
