- You are a veteran, including National Guard or Reserve, who left active duty within the last 3 months.
- You are not currently in prison, a nursing home, or another institution.
- You can read and understand English.
- You do not have significant memory problems (measured by a short test).

- You are not at immediate risk of suicide.
