Study of GT-02287 for early Parkinson's disease

This trial tests an experimental oral drug called GT-02287 for people with early-stage Parkinson's disease. The study aims to see if the drug can slow progression by targeting a protein linked to Parkinson's, and participants must be willing to have genetic testing and a spinal tap to check for that protein marker.
