  • You are 12 years old or older
  • You have received a liver transplant
  • You have a confirmed or likely serious mold infection (invasive mold disease)
  • You have already received at least one dose of either liposomal amphotericin B or voriconazole
  • You have not been treated with amphotericin B for more than 5 days in the past for a mold infection
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
