Caffeine and vitamin C for strength in tired teens

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or 19 years old.
  • You have mild mental tiredness (like feeling a bit foggy or low energy) that is confirmed by a quick test.
  • You can do strength tests like squats and bench presses, and you have not done regular strength training in the past 3 months or you keep a steady daily routine.
  • You drink less than 150 mg of caffeine per day (about one and a half cups of coffee), and you do not smoke or drink alcohol regularly.
  • You are generally healthy, with no heart problems, asthma, seizures, migraines, or serious mental health conditions that need medication.
