Who can take part

  • Be between 30 and 75 years old.
  • Have a pituitary lesion that needs surgery.
  • For women: be post-menopausal (at least 1 year since last period).
  • No history of seizures or current use of seizure medication.
  • No previous pituitary surgery.
  • Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or within 1 year after giving birth.
