Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Grade II knee osteoarthritis.
  • You are between 45 and 65 years old.
  • Your average knee pain over the last week was at least 3 out of 10.
  • You have morning stiffness lasting less than 30 minutes.
  • You have not had knee surgery or a knee injection in the last 3–6 months.
  • You do not have a neurological condition (like stroke or Parkinson's) affecting your leg movement.
