Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and had surgery (lobectomy or segmentectomy) to remove all visible cancer.
  • You are expected to leave the hospital 2 to 7 days after surgery, and your doctor says you are stable enough for home recovery.
  • You can use a smartphone app and wearable device, either on your own or with help from a caregiver.
  • You do not currently need oxygen therapy at home or have severe breathing, heart, liver, or kidney problems.
  • You have no known allergies to medical tape or materials in the wearable device.
