- You are between 18 and 75 years old

- You have not had any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy
- You can get around and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- You must provide a tumor tissue sample (fresh or stored) for testing
- You have adequate blood counts, kidney, and liver function
