- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- You have been diagnosed with PCOS using the Rotterdam criteria
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30
- You have not taken any PCOS treatment in the last 6 months
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not have an active infection, inflammatory disease, or chronic health problems like diabetes or high blood pressure
