  • Child is 4 to 6 years old with colored stains on their baby teeth.
  • Child is in good general health (no serious medical conditions).
  • Child can cooperate for routine dental visits and procedures.
  • Parent or guardian agrees to the study and can bring the child to all follow-up appointments.
  • Child does not have allergies to methylene blue, skin sensitivity to light, or other dental problems needing urgent care.
