Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have a glioma (brain tumor) with an IDH1 mutation, or another advanced solid tumor (like cholangiocarcinoma) that may or may not have the IDH1 mutation.
- For glioma: your tumor has come back after surgery, and you have not had surgery in the last 4–6 weeks.
- For other solid tumors: your cancer has gotten worse after standard treatment, or there is no standard treatment available.
- You have at least one measurable tumor on a CT or MRI scan.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain levels, and you are not taking certain medications that could interfere.
