Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a type of blood cancer called MDS or AML, and it's either hard to treat, has come back, or is high-risk.
  • Your cancer cells have a specific change called an IDH2 mutation.
  • Your platelet count (a type of blood cell) is at least 20,000, or if lower, it's because of the cancer.
  • You have not taken a drug that targets IDH2 before.
  • Your liver, kidneys, and heart are working well enough, and you are healthy enough to take part.
