This study checks if a new computer program can find people at risk for osteoporosis more easily, using CT scans you already had. If you are found to be high risk, you'll get a free bone density test (DXA) to confirm, and help improve this tool.

- You had a CT scan (no contrast dye, good quality) at our hospital.
- Our computer tool (DeepBMD) showed you are at high risk for osteoporosis.
- You can be reached by phone, understand and talk clearly, and can come to the hospital.
- You are willing to sign a consent form and get a bone density test (DXA).
- You do NOT have severe spine problems, spinal hardware, or cancer in your bones.
- You do NOT already have a confirmed osteoporosis diagnosis and are not on treatment for it.
