Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • You currently take a multivitamin or are interested in taking one.
  • You are willing to complete questionnaires, assessments, and a facility visit.
  • You do not currently take a multivitamin or supplement with more than two micronutrients.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have no skin or scalp issues (like dermatitis or head lice) that would interfere with the EEG headset.
  • You have no history of serious brain injury, dementia, schizophrenia, or other psychotic disorders.
  • You have not had a major cardiovascular event (like a heart attack) in the past 6 months or major surgery in the past 3 months.
