  • You can read and understand Chinese or English well enough to fill out questionnaires on your own.
  • You are willing to follow the study rules, including taking the health products as directed and avoiding certain medications, supplements, and alcohol for the study period.
  • You do not have serious medical conditions like severe organ failure, cancer, or a history of head trauma or brain surgery.
  • You do not have a current or past diagnosis of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, or other psychiatric conditions.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
