Who can take part

  • Be a healthy man between 18 and 50 years old.
  • Have a body weight between 60 and 100 kg and a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30.
  • Be in good general health, with normal vital signs, lab tests, and heart rhythm.
  • Agree to use contraception or remain abstinent for at least 3 months after the study.
  • Have no prior use of certain immune-system drugs (like abatacept, pembrolizumab, or ipilimumab).
  • Have no recent infections, vaccines, or significant medical conditions.
