Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with structural heart disease (damaged heart muscle, often from a past heart attack or other cause).
  • You have had a type of fast heart rhythm called ventricular tachycardia, or an implantable defibrillator has fired to correct it.
  • Your doctor has already scheduled you for a catheter ablation to treat this rhythm problem.
  • You can sit or stand for a short time to take a 3D picture of your torso, and you can have an MRI or CT scan.
