Mindfulness meditation for teens with eczema

  • You are between 12 and 17 years old.
  • You have moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) that hasn't gotten better with standard creams or ointments.
  • You have not used a biologic injection (like Dupixent) for your eczema in the last 3 months.
