Study of pegcetacoplan for C3G or IC-MPGN kidney disease

C3 Glomerulopathy (C3G)Immune Complex Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN)

Treatments studied

Part of Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This study looks at how well pegcetacoplan works and how safe it is for people with two rare kidney diseases, called C3G and IC-MPGN. It will help doctors understand how the medicine helps patients in real life, outside of a strict clinical trial.

Iptacopan for kidney inflammation in C3 glomerulopathy

This trial studies whether iptacopan can improve outcomes and safety for people with C3 glomerulopathy, a kidney disease caused by overactive parts of the immune system. Participants must already be on standard kidney-protecting medicines and meet specific kidney function and urine protein criteria.

Study of Iptacopan Treatment for C3G Patients in Spain

This study tracks adults with C3G (a rare kidney disease where the immune system damages the filtering units) who have already received iptacopan (a new medicine) through an early access program in Spain. Researchers want to understand how well this treatment works and its safety in real-world patients.
