Testing CPV-104 safety in healthy people and C3G patients

C3 Glomerulopathy (C3G)Healthy Adult Participants

Who can take part

  • For healthy volunteers: age 18-50, good general health, weight between 45-110 kg, and body mass index (BMI) from 18 to 32.
  • For C3G patients: confirmed diagnosis by kidney biopsy, protein in urine, and stable kidney disease on current treatment.
  • You must not have had any complement-modifying treatment in the last 6 months.
  • You cannot have other serious medical conditions or recent infections.
  • You must agree to use effective contraception for 90 days after the last dose.
  • You cannot donate blood or have donated blood in the past 90 days.
