Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have prostate cancer that has not spread beyond the prostate.
  • You are scheduled to have robot-assisted prostate removal with a nerve-sparing approach.
  • You are willing to fill out questionnaires about your quality of life before and after surgery.
  • You do not have severe erectile dysfunction before surgery.
  • You have not had pelvic radiation, cryotherapy, or extensive pelvic surgery before.
  • You have not had hormone therapy or chemotherapy before surgery.
