Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 65 years old.
- You have been living with type 2 diabetes for at least 5 years.
- You have a frozen shoulder (a stiff, painful shoulder) on one side only.
- Your shoulder pain has lasted at least 3 months and limits movement in certain directions.
- You have not had shoulder surgery or a fracture in that shoulder.
- You have not had a steroid injection in the shoulder within the last 3 months.
