Inhaled treprostinil for Raynaud's attacks in scleroderma

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a diagnosis of systemic sclerosis (scleroderma).
  • You must have Raynaud's phenomenon, with at least 12 symptomatic attacks over 4 or more separate days.
  • You cannot have more than 2 digital ulcers at screening, or any new ulcers, gangrene, or recent infections.
  • You must not have pulmonary hypertension or severe lung disease, and you cannot require supplemental oxygen.
  • You must not have used certain blood pressure or prostacyclin medications within the last few weeks.
