  • You are a parent or caregiver of a child with disabilities under 18 years old.
  • Your child goes to a participating clinic at least once a week.
  • You are willing to learn new ways to cope with your feelings and thoughts.
  • You have a device with internet access (like a smartphone or computer).
  • You have not had a suicide attempt or serious suicidal thoughts in the past six months.
