- You are between 18 and 30 years old.
- You speak Danish fluently (native level).
- You do not currently have a psychiatric illness, and have never had a severe one (like bipolar, psychosis, or ADHD). A mild past depression or anxiety over 6 months ago may be okay.
- You have not taken probiotics in the last 4 weeks, or antibiotics in the last 3 months.
- You do not smoke, vape, or use any nicotine products.
- You do not take psychiatric or sleep medications, and have not for the past 6 months.
- You are generally healthy: no severe physical conditions, not immunocompromised, not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have no history of dyslexia, epilepsy, or severe head trauma.
