Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of stable brain metastases, recurrent high-grade glioma, brain metastases from lung, breast, or skin cancer, or leptomeningeal disease.
- Your organs are functioning well enough, as determined by blood tests.
- You have at least one measurable tumor on an MRI or positive spinal fluid test.
- You are able to take oral medications and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- You are not currently receiving certain treatments and have recovered from side effects of prior therapy.
