Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have either an advanced solid tumor that standard treatments no longer work for, or you have been newly diagnosed with glioblastoma.
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans (like CT, MRI).
  • You are able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2 for solid tumors, Karnofsky score 60 or more for glioblastoma).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and blood cell counts are within a certain range (tests will be done to check this).
  • You have not had certain heart or blood clot problems in the last 6 months.
  • If you could become pregnant, you agree to use highly effective birth control during the study.
