Who can take part
- You had a stroke that affected one side of your body (hemiplegia or hemiparesis).
- Your stroke happened more than 6 months ago (chronic stroke).
- You are between the ages of 40 and 60.
- You are not pregnant.
- You do not have severe cognitive problems (like major memory or language issues) that would prevent participation.
- You do not have serious heart, kidney, or lung problems that are not under control.
