Who can take part
- Your baby has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia in one or both hips
- The hip problem is moderate to severe, not a mild case that may heal on its own
- Your baby is already being treated with a Pavlik harness (a special soft brace)
- You are available for all study follow-up visits and can give written permission
- Your baby was born at or after 37 weeks of pregnancy
- Your baby has no other serious health conditions (like heart, muscle, bone, or growth problems)
