Who can take part
- You are currently enrolled in the Primary Care Collaborative Program (PCP) of the Sant Andreu Mental Health District.
- You have a diagnosis of PTSD or symptoms related to trauma, such as prolonged stress, complex PTSD, or other trauma-related issues.
- You can speak and understand Spanish or Catalan well enough to take part in the therapy and assessments.
- You are willing and able to give written consent to participate.
