Who can take part

  • You have a mild to moderate anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma-related, or somatic disorder.
  • You are able to attend all group sessions (assessment and treatment).
  • If you take medication, you agree to keep the same dose during the study (unless your doctor says it's not safe).
  • You haven't received 8 or more CBT sessions in the past 5 years that included exposure or cognitive flexibility techniques.
  • You are not currently in another psychological treatment.
  • You do not have a severe mental health condition (like bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorder) and are not at risk of suicide or had heavy substance use in the last 3 months.
