Who can take part

  • You're 18 or older.
  • You have at least one physical symptom (like pain, stomach problems, or tiredness) that has bothered you for at least 4 months.
  • Your physical symptoms cause a high level of distress or worry (this will be checked with a questionnaire).
  • You live in Stockholm County.
  • You can use a computer or smartphone and are comfortable with internet-based treatment.
  • You're not currently in the middle of a severe psychiatric crisis, and you can take part in therapy safely.
