Who can take part
- You must have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months.
- Your psoriasis should be moderate to severe, meaning you may need light therapy or medication that works throughout your body.
- You cannot have used certain psoriasis treatments within a specific time before the study starts, or have used biologic drugs that target the same pathway as this study drug.
- You must not have active infections, tuberculosis, or a history of certain cancers or heart conditions.
- Women who can become pregnant must use effective birth control from the start of the study until 72 weeks after the last dose, and cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
