Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your weight has been steady (not changed by more than 5%) in the last 3 months
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of 24 or higher, OR your body fat percentage is at least 25% (for men) or 30% (for women), and you have a high amount of visceral fat (a type of deep belly fat)
  • You are willing to attend all study visits and follow the protocol
  • You are not currently taking weight-loss medications or antibiotics, and you have no major health conditions like severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, or a history of metabolic surgery
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study, and you are not allergic to the study supplement's ingredients.
