  • You are between 20 and 60 years old.
  • You weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs).
  • Your BMI is 24 or higher.
  • Your body fat is at least 30% (women) or 25% (men).
  • Your waist is at least 80 cm (31.5 in) for women or 90 cm (35.5 in) for men.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are generally healthy without major medical conditions.
