Who can take part

  • You must be 50 years old or older.
  • You must have some difficulty with walking, balance, or moving (for example, due to aging, joint problems, or chronic pain).
  • You must be able to walk on your own, with or without a walking aid.
  • You must be alert and able to understand and communicate (no significant memory loss or confusion).
  • You must not have a terminal illness or a serious condition expected to shorten your life to less than 6 months.
  • You must not have significant hearing or vision problems that would make it hard to use an AI voice assistant.
