  • You are 60 years of age or older.
  • You own a smartphone with internet access.
  • You have sarcopenic obesity, meaning you have both low muscle and high body fat as measured by a simple body composition calculation.
  • You can read, hear, and understand health information, and have normal memory and thinking (scoring 25 or higher on a standard cognitive test).
  • You are independent in daily activities and not living in a nursing home or hospital.
  • You do not have serious medical, mental, or physical conditions that would interfere with the study.
