- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You are scheduled for shoulder arthroscopy (keyhole surgery) under general anesthesia
- You are in good general health or have mild to moderate health conditions (ASA I-III)
- You can understand and rate your pain on a 0-10 scale
- You are willing to sign a consent form
- You do not have allergies to local anesthetics, infections at the injection site, bleeding disorders, or severe lung disease
