Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with primary CNS lymphoma (a type of brain lymphoma) and have not yet received treatment.
- Your lymphoma is only in your central nervous system (brain and/or spinal cord) without spread to other organs.
- Your kidney, liver, and heart function are within normal limits (or acceptable for the study).
- If you can have children, you agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 30 days after your last dose.
- You do not have other serious medical conditions, active infections, or a history of certain allergies or prior treatments.
