Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
- A genetic test (from your tumor or blood) shows a change (mutation) in the BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2 gene.
- You have had at least one but no more than two rounds of chemotherapy for your advanced cancer, and your cancer did not get worse on a platinum-based chemotherapy.
- You have a tumor that can be measured on a scan and can have a biopsy (small tissue sample) taken before and during treatment.
- Your overall health is reasonably good (able to take care of yourself and up and about most of the day).
- You have not previously been treated with certain types of immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitors).
