  • You have a solid tumor cancer that is advanced, has spread, or cannot be removed.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are able to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You agree to a biopsy or have a recent tumor sample available.
  • You have tried at least one standard treatment, or no standard treatment is available for you.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor (for certain parts of the study).
