Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 85 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer's dementia.
  • You have a study partner who spends at least 8 hours per week with you and can support you during the trial.
  • You have evidence of amyloid buildup in the brain, shown by a blood test, spinal fluid test, or PET scan.
  • You are willing to undergo spinal taps (lumbar punctures) and MRI scans.
  • You are not currently taking certain Alzheimer's medications (cholinesterase inhibitors) and are willing to stop them before the study starts.
