Who can take part

  • Be an adult with advanced bile duct or pancreatic cancer.
  • Have tumors that can be measured with imaging tests (like CT scans).
  • Have a performance status of 0 or 1, meaning you are up and about and can do light activities.
  • Not have had certain lung conditions (interstitial lung disease or inflammation) recently.
  • Not have had major surgery within the past month.
  • Not have had prior treatment that targets the c-MET protein.
  • Recover from any side effects of previous therapies, except for hair loss.
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you can have children, you need to follow the birth control rules in the study.
  • Be willing and able to follow all the study rules and procedures.
