Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your pancreatic cancer is stage 4 (has spread).
- You have not had chemotherapy or radiation for advanced pancreatic cancer. (Chemo for localized cancer that returned within 6 months is allowed.)
- You are still quite active and can look after yourself (ability to do normal activities).
- You are willing to give a small tissue sample (biopsy) from your tumor.
- You have adequate blood counts and liver/kidney function.
