Who can take part
- You have a type of bile duct or gallbladder cancer (biliary tract cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You are 19 years or older.
- You have not had cancer treatment for advanced disease, or if you did have surgery or chemotherapy, it was at least 6 months ago and now cancer has returned.
- Your cancer can be seen on scans (measurable disease) and your general health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe limits (the trial will do blood tests to check).
